Exclusive training on the mat. The focus is on the correct technique, the development and activation of the core muscles, abdomen and back. From time to time, the use of different small equipment such as fitness circle, flex band, toning balls, etc. provides variety and degrees of difficulty.

REFORMER

The Reformer is the heart of the Pilates workout. Because you train against resistance, the entire musculature is addressed and strengthened. Your posture and movement quality, coordination and strength are improved. The resistance is individually adjusted to the degree of difficulty by a spring mechanism.

STABILITY CHAIR

The Stability Chair, a multifunctional Pilates machine, is designed to provide a resistance-based workout that helps exercisers improve upper and lower body strength. The Stability Chair is ideal for individuals who need to exercise in a seated or upright position.

PRE – POST NATAL

Gentle exercise is recommended during pregnancy. Some special Pilates exercises provide relief for the joints, muscles and spine, which are under great strain during pregnancy. At the same time, the muscles of the pelvic floor are trained. Pilates makes it possible to quickly regain a better inner balance even in the postpartum period.

Solo, duo and trio can be booked with mat or equipment.

For beginners we recommend to book the trial lesson as a solo lesson.
